Land lease rate at Da Nang’s hi-tech park just 1% of land value

Annual land lease rate in the Da Nang’s High-Tech Park is only 1% of the specific land value, according to a recent decision of the city government.

The decision is applicable to individuals and organizations that have been permitted to rent land for implementing their investment projects in hi-tech park. It will take effect on Feb 25.

The land lease rate of 1% of land value is valid for 5 years from the day of signing land lease contract by the Authority of Da Nang’s Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Parks.

However, for individuals and organizations that have signed land lease contracts with the Authority before the date when the above-mentioned city decision come into effect, the existing rate will continue to be applied for 5 years.
