Specifically, three projects in Thuan An and Di An were revoked in 2017, then 4 others in Thu Dau Mot, Thuan An, Ben Cat and Tan Uyen were withdrawn in 2018. Since the beginning of this year, local government has withdrawn investment policy of 4 projects, of which three revoked in May only. These projects are Hill Land Urban Area 19 in Khanh Binh ward, Tan Uyen District; An Thanh commercial housing area in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen district; and Independent housing development project in Tan Binh ward, Di An town.
There are 381 housing development projects have been developed in Binh Duong province so far, of which 109 projects in Di An town, 96 ones in Thuan An town; 50 ones in Thu Dau Mot city; and 2 ones with the scale of over 58.1ha in Dau Tieng district. In the first 5 months of 2019, there are 17 housing development projects approved by the Binh Duong People's Committee.
