Accordingly, the list includes 22 projects located across the province. Of these, there are 11 projects in Thu Dau Mot city, 8 projects in Thuan An town, 2 projects in Di An town, and 1 project in Ben Cat town.
The department said that the Eastern Binh Duong real estate market is driven by the development of traffic infrastructure and industrial parks such as Uyen Hung, Song Than, Nam Tan Uyen, VSIP, VSIP II. These industrial parks attract tens of thousands of experts, workers, engineers, leading to a great demand for houses, affordable land lots, apartments, to high-end townhouses, villas.
The Binh Duong People's Committee has approved 381 projects that are allowed to transfer land use rights for people to build houses on their own. In which, there are 109 projects in Di An town, 96 projects in Thuan An town, 50 projects in Thu Dau Mot city; 42 projects in Tan Uyen town; 38 projects in Ben Cat town; 27 projects in Bau Bang district; 14 projects in Bac Tan Uyen district; 3 projects in Phu Giao district; and 2 projects in Dau Tieng district.
