The joint venture is asked to make sure that the idea of project planning must be connected with existing projects in the surrounding area such as: tourist passenger wharf in Cai Rong town; Subdivision 2 and 3 of Cai Rong urban area; Cai Rong coastal urban area; as well as the general planning of Van Don economic zone.
The planning idea needs to study the plan to ensure social security and stabilize life for about 230-250 households who are living stably in existing residential areas as well as nearby households.
