FLC wants to develop 3 resort projects in Bac Kan

Property conglomerate FLC Group has recently proposed a plan to develop three resort projects with a total area of over 2,600ha in Northern province of Bac Kan.

Specifically, the first project is named Ba Be resort, sport, entertainment and ecological urban area, covering an area of over 1,400ha in Ba Be district. It consists of multiple items such as ecological housing, adventure park, riverside tourism area, five-star resorts, 18-hole golf course, among others.

The second one, Quang Khe resort, sport, entertainment and ecological urban area, will be bulit on an area of over 500ha, also in Ba Be district, with items such as tourism urban area, resort villas, riverside service houses, etc.

Meanwhile, the third project, named Bac Song Cau resort, sport, entertainment and ecological urban area, will be located on a 690-ha land site in Bac Kan city. At this project, apart from items such as high-class resorts, eco tourism area, eco urban area, the developer will also build a new urban area of nearly 50ha, located behind the provincial committee’s hill.

FLC Group has planned to prepare carefully for these projects, said its Vice Chairman Le Thanh Vinh. However, he did not disclose the total investment capital for these new projects.  

Recently, the property conglomerate has continuously proposed implementing major projects across the country. These projects are not only located in big cities, but also in mountainous provinces. Earlier this year 2019, FLC proposed building a stadium with total area from 1,000-2,000 hectares, and a capacity of up to 100,000 seats, even a Formula One track. Next, FLC wants to build Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat airport. In March, the group continued to propose three resort projects in Ha Giang province. However, the investment cost of these projects have not been mentioned by FLC.
