The high-end Emerald apartments, a precinct of Celadon City and developed by Gamuda Land Ho Chi Minh City (Gamuda Land HCMC), is preparing for hand over to residents in the fourth quarter.

Emerald consists of six blocks with more than 2,000 apartments that are among the most luxurious apartments of Celadon City. The special feature of Emerald is that Gamuda Land set aside a large area of land as green space and installed many exclusive facilities, providing to residents an ideal experience of living at a “5-star resort in the center of the city”.

Gamuda Land HCMC JSC and CBRE ltd. officially signed the strategic partnership agreement. By that, CBRE Vietnam was appointed to become the agency of property management for high-end Emerald apartments, a precinct of Celadon City that developed by Gamuda Land HCMC. The signing ceremony was held at Celadon City with the attendance of Head of Project, Construction and Township Management, Mr. Aw Soon Heng and Ms. Chu Thi Minh Ngoc, Director, Head of Property Management, CBRE Vietnam.

Giving speech at the ceremony, Mr. Aw Soon Heng, Head of Project, Construction and Township Management at Gamuda Land HCMC, said that building a township is not just about construction, so to do it right, Gamuda Land HCMC had to think about connectivity and family gatherings in the best and most convenient facilities. “That’s the joy residents have as a community in Celadon City,” he added. “We believe that a happy community makes a good township. Therefore, we are confident in saying that the experience of a top management agent like CBRE Vietnam will help us execute management at Emerald effectively and successfully, providing our community with an ideal, happy, and civilized living environment.”

Ms. Chu Thi Minh Ngoc - Director, Head of Property Management, CBRE Vietnam also shared that: “With the leading position, experiences and professional staffs in the property management industry, CBRE will contribute to add more values for Emerald precinct as well as for Celadon City. Beside providing standardized services, CBRE will secure the hand-over process and benefit of residents once Emerald puts into operation”. The decision of appointing a leading agency like CBRE approved the strategic vision and the care of Gamuda Land toward the residents of Emerald.
