HCMC to launch app to monitor progress of real estate projects

Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Construction is cooperating with relevant departments and agencies to develop an information technology application to publicize construction progress of real estate projects in the city.

HCMC will launch an application for monitoring the construction progress of real estate projects.

According to Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, this plan aims to enhance the openness and transparency of the local real estate market as well as creat favorable conditions for people to learn information before making real estate decisions.

Reportedly, this application will clearly show details of each real estate project such as: developer, project name, scale, location, completion time, progress of construction, legal procedures, etc. It is expected to be released before this February 28.
