HCMC reviews formalities of housing development projects

HCMC: Per capita housing area by 2020 at least 19.8 sqm
MarketAccording to HCMC housing development plan for the 2016-2020 period, the total floor area of houses will increase by at least 40 million sqm; raising the target of housing area per capita of the city to at least 19.8 sqm by 2020.
