According to data of Batdongsan.com.vn, in Hanoi, the number of real estate listings in July increased for most property type compared to the previous month. In details, in the sale market, the private house segment witnessed an increase of 9% in total listings, which ranks the highest on the list. Residential lands and villas ranked second with 6%. Hoang Mai, Ba Dinh, and Cau Giay are districts that saw the most increase.
In the rental market, coming in the first place is townhouse segment with 14% growth in total listing. Condominium rank second with 12% and third is shop/kiosk with 10%. The surged listing is recorded in districts such as Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, and Nam Tu Liem.
Along with the growth of advertised unit, the level of interest on real estate also risen in July.
Specifically, the demand for townhouse climbed 30% over June. The residential land, condominium, villa, and detached house segments also saw a pump of 28%. The most searched areas are Hoang Mai, Ha Dong, And Nam Tu Liem.
Regarding to rental properties, in July, condominium had the most visits and searches with 42% surge compared to June. People also shown interest in private houses and townhouse with increases of 40% and 30%, respectively.
Notably, the level of interest of condominium in July compared to June has increased in all 3 affordable, mid-end and high-end segments with relatively equal increases, which are 29%, 28% and 31%, respectively. However, the affordable condo had the most searches and visits, far more than the other segments.
