HoREA’s firgures on estate inventories 9 times higher than Ministry’s statistics
MarketAccording to Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), compared to current statistics, the Ministry of Construction's statistics on the total real estate inventory value are incorrect as the inventories of many property enterprises are not fully taken into account. Developers must try harder to find solutions for the unsold products.
