A long-abandoned high-rise apartment project valued at VND1 trillion in Vung Tau City is now being sold, heard attendees at a meeting chaired by Le Tuan Quoc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province’s vice chairman, on September 17.
While many people are showing interest in purchasing apartments in HCMC, land lots are the most preferred property product in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
Ba Ria - Vung Tau’s Department of Construction has just sent a report to the provincial People's Committee on the implementation of investment procedures for Vung Tau Marine Urban Project on Go Gang Island, Long Son Commune, Vung Tau City.
Vung Tau City will create more open, public spaces near beaches, with roads leading to the sea from different directions following the city’s plan for 2035.
The proposal is designed in accordance with the local situation of Vietnam, to improve deficiencies such as provincial land’s price being 20% or more - higher than the maximum standard.
According to the Department of Natural Resource and Environment of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, the Provincial People Committee has issued the Decision 2560/QĐ-UBND to adjust the list of land plots to auction in 2018.
