CapitaLand Vietnam and the Thien Duc Trading Construction Company Ltd. celebrated the topping out of the Feliz en Vista residential project in Ho Chi Minh City on April 18.
Feliz en Vista is the eighth residential development by CapitaLand in Vietnam. According to Chen Lian Pang, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam, the project received an overwhelming welcome from the market with 99 per cent of the units sold out within 12 months of its launch in 2016.
The ceremony marked the successful completion of main structural work at Feliz en Vista, which is in a prime location in District 2, and is a major milestone for CapitaLand as it celebrates its 25th anniversary in Vietnam this year.
