Strategically located in the center of Hanoi’s business hub, Capital Place offers accessibility to all major areas, the project is also the first office building in Hanoi to receive LEED Gold certificate.
Capital Place has recently finished its bare shell of 37 floors and is expected to open in late 2020. Implementation of the façade has begun, currently reaching the 10th level. The inspiration of the design comes from a local legend, the building seeks to emulate a dragon in motion into its architecture and exterior glass orientation. It stands to exhibit the legendary inspiration and serve as the iconic new beacon of Hanoi’s skyline.
As the first office building in Hanoi to acquire LEED Gold certificate, Capital Place will have the capability of accommodating a green and sustainable working environment with spectacular views across the city and a verdantly breathable space for all tenants and guests.
Capital Place will have a total of 32 high-speed passenger elevators, 16 per tower, which will provide fast and efficient access to all levels with a maximum wait time of 30 seconds. Knock-out panels will provide multiple-floor occupiers with internal accessibility thus reducing the traffic between floors.
Entering in late 2020, Capital Place will supply over 93,000sqm of Grade A office space ideal for domestic and international businesses. Offering a superior design, specification, tenant mix, and property management; it is proudly the first office building in Hanoi to acquire the LEED certificate.
