Pursuant to the 2014 Law on Housing, Decree 99 dated October 20, 2015 by the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the law, and the direction of Da Nang People's Committee at Official Letter No. 27 of January 22, 2019, Da Nang Department of Construction has just released a list of 17 commercial housing projects allowing foreign individuals and organizations to own houses in the Central city. The list includes 6 projects in Hai Chau district, 8 others in Son Tra district, and 3 others in Ngu Hanh Son, Lien Chieu and Thanh Khe districts.
Specifically, 17 commercial housing projects which are eligible for foreign ownership in Da Nang include:
1. Blooming Tower Da Nang project (Hai Chau District)
2. Golden Square commercial, hotel & condominium complex (Hai Chau District)
3. Quang Nguyen condominium project (Hai Chau District)
4. P.A Tower hotel & condominium complex (Hai Chau District)
5. Condominium building at No. 38 Nguyen Chi Thanh - Lapaz Tower (Hai Chau District)
6. Condominium building at No. 6 Nguyen Du - Da Nang Plaza (Hai Chau District)
7. Hoang Anh Gia Lai Lakeview condominium project (Thanh Khe District)
8. Thuy Tu urban area (Lien Chieu District)
9. Monarchy resort complex (Son Tra District)
10. Harmony Tower condominium project (Son Tra District)
11. The Summit condominium project (Son Tra District)
12. An Vien residential area (Son Tra District)
13. Hoa Binh Green City Da Nang condominium project (Son Tra District)
14. Thap Vuon a.k.a Hiyori Garden Tower Da Nang condominium project (Son Tra District)
15. Azura condominium project (Son Tra District)
16. Da Nang Real Estate & Marina (Son Tra District)
17. FPT Da Nang urban area (Ngu Hanh Son District)
In addition, Da Nang authority has also announced 3 commercial housing projects that are ineligible for foreign ownership, including:
1. F – Home condominium project at No. 16 Ly Thuong Kiet (Hai Chau District)
2. Danang Diamond Tower at No. 58 Bach Dang (Hai Chau District)
3. Indochina Riverside Tower at No. 74 Bach Dang (Hai Chau District)
