By 2025, Hanoi, Da Nang and HCMC will become smart cities?
PolicyAccording to Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Sinh, Vietnam will have at least 3 smart cities in 3 key economic regions. Thus, by the next 6 years, Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City will become smart cities.
