In April, PM Phuc issued Directive No. 11 / CT-TTg on a number of solutions to promote a stable and healthy development for the domestic real estate market.
In this Directive, the PM requested MoC to amend and supplement construction regulations and standards for condominiums, condotels, resort villas, officetels and rooms for rent. The tasks must be completed within the third quarter of this year.
In addition, the PM also assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to issue specific guidelines on the land use regime for new types of real estate (condotel, resort, officetel ...) in accordance with the current laws.
MoC said within this year, it will issue a set of standards related to condotels. Also, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will provide guidance on land use regimes with condotel projects related to land use time associated with land and apartment ownership.
