Many realty firms in Binh Thuan asked to stop selling homes because their projects have not been elegible for sale and purchase.
Some real estate projects in the list include: Lagi commercial residential area by VINAM Trading Construction Co., Ltd; Conditioning lake complex in Phan Thiet city by Huy Hoang Construction and Investment JSC; Goldsand Hill Villa Mui Ne by Loc Tu Co., Ltd; Phan Ri Cua residential area by HVT BT Vietnam JSC.
The above request comes from the fact that many local projects have been offered for sale on mass media and social networks in the form of deposit or reservation contracts because they are not eligible to sign a purchase contract. This practice poses a lot of risks for people wishing to buy homes in such projects as they have not signed any purchase contract with developers.
Therefore, the local Department of Construction asked the above enterprises not to sign contracts with real estate brokers to make purchase or deposit transactions and not post any information about selling homes at uneligible projects.
This year, the Department will also organize inspection and examination for the implementation of real estate business law of enterprises in the province.
