With intensive activities in high-end real estate investment, trading, and development, MIKGroup has gradually left its mark on the real estate markets of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc Island with three popular products: high-end apartments under the brand Imperia, villas, and luxury resorts.
MIKGroup had its first big hit with Villa Park in Ho Chi Minh City. After Villa Park, it has continually launched new projects such as Park Riverside, Park Riverside Premium, River Park, Rio Vista, Villa Park Pasion, and, most recently, Elegant Park Villa - a little Paris in Long Bien district, Hanoi.
MIKGroup has developed detached villa projects in the luxury compound model in new urban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with high potential in growth and large land funds. It has also developed high-class apartment projects under the brand Imperia in prime downtown locations, such as Imperia An Phu (Ho Chi Minh City) and Imperia Garden and Imperia Sky Garden (Hanoi).
In particular, Imperia Sky Garden actually has a “sky garden” and infinity swimming pool on the top floor, making it a highlight of Hanoi’s cityscape.
In the luxury resort segment, MIKGroup views Phu Quoc Island as a key location. Sol Beach House Phu Quoc, its first project on the island, was completed and put into operation in December 2016.
This was the first resort under brand Sol by Meliá managed by Meliá Hotels International on Phu Quoc. To continue cooperating with leading world brands, MIKGroup is developing Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc on Ong Lang beach in the island’s northwest. Following international standards, the 52-ha hotel and resort complex features 329 wave-shaped condotels overlooking the ocean and 79 resort villas.
With high-end projects designed to create modern living spaces under international standards, MIKGroup has gradually conquered challenging markets and emerged as one of the leading real estate developers in Vietnam.
