Accordingly, the Ecohome 3 project consists of two buildings NO2 and NO3, each with 31 floors (not including 2 basements for connecting the two buildings). The two ground floors are set for commercial services, community activities and cultural house, while 28 upper floors are for apartments and technical functions.
The project consists of 1,456 apartments, including 969 social units for sale, 301 social units for rent and 186 commercial units for sale. At the first stage of application, the developer will offer 588 social units for sale and 301 social units for rent.
According to the developer, the first phase of submiting application is from March 21 to April 21, and the time for signing the apartment sale and purchase contract is expected in the second quarter of 2019. Apartments are set to handed over the in the fourth quarter of 2020.
As announced by developer, the selling price of social housing is expected at VND 16.5 million per sqm (VAT and maintenance costs included), while the rental price at VND 73,000 per sqm per month (VAT included).
