The Vietnam International Urban Development JSC (VIDC) officially introduced the Park Kiara Apartments on October 23, the first apartments built within the overall planning of the ParkCity Hanoi urban area in the heart of Ha Dong district in the capital.
Park Kiara is considered a new masterpiece from the experienced architects and consulting team of the investor, the ParkCity Group from Malaysia. Once completed, the two blocks will help the overall architectural planning of ParkCity Hanoi become more synchronized and harmonious.
Ideally located in the heart of the urban area, Park Kiara Apartments is close to utilities for residents such as ParkCity International School Hanoi, The Village Complex with entertainment, food, and shopping centers, and the five-star resort style ParkCity Club Hanoi.
Construction consists of a complex of two 31-story buildings with 432 apartments that will be handed over with completed basic interiors. It promises to give future residents a modern living space close to nature, surrounded by green parks. Apartments are quite diverse, ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms with sophisticated contemporary interiors from famous Malaysian designer Geoffrey Thomas.
Each apartment has two to three airy sides or panoramic windows with great views overlooking lush green gardens or the swimming pool. For the first time in the market, each apartment at Park Kiara has at least one exclusive car parking space.
Park Kiara will also feature two apartment designs that are suitable with modern trends and particularly popular among modern residents: a dual key apartment with a Manhattan-style interior design and the three-bedroom apartment with a French-style Parisian design.
The 151 sq m dual key apartments have a smart design and feature a large door and an in-house hallway but two separate studios inside. Each studio has its own separate functional spaces: a bedroom, working area, kitchen, and living area. This type is preferred by many modern residents thank to its suitability for families of many generations to live together or one family to live in one and rent the other.
