Accordingly, the Inspectorate of HCMC will inspect the observance of legal regulations in the construction and trading of technical infrastructure at Phong Phu Industrial Park, based in Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district.
As planned, the project will be inspected within 45 days, from the announcement of the inspection decision, for all the works implemented from the beginning day to the present time. Regarding items that are not included in the inspection period, they will still be inspected if necessary.
Activities of the inspection team will be supervised by Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien - Deputy Head of Supervision, Inspection and Post-Inspection.
Earlier, HCMC People's Committee also asked relevant agencies to inspect the issues related to the auction at this project.
On January 31, 2002, the project on construction and trading of technical infrastructure of Phong Phu Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister, with the aim of creating a ground for construction of traffic, power and water supply, communication systems, waste treatment, etc.
Total investment of the project reaches VND 436.5 billion, with an area of 163.3 ha. Under the approved plan, the project will be implemented within 6 years, after the land lease decision takes effect.
