Speaking at the event, Phan Tan Hoang, Deputy General Director of Minh Hung IP said it would prioritize attracting investment in electroplating, textiles-fabric dyeing and agricultural mechanics. All investors are asked to meet wastewater standards in line with national regulations and give priority to using the local workforces.

Huynh Thi Hang, Chairwoman of Binh Thuan People’s Committee, said she expected the co-operation would thrive in the future. She promised local authorities would create the best conditions possible for investors to operate in the Southern province.

Built at a cost of more than VND3.4 trillion ($145.77 million), Minh Hung Sikico IP is reportedly among 13 local parks which together have 19 companies with registered capital of $500 million.
