Under Decision No. 39/QĐ-HHBĐSVN dated September 16th, 2024, issued by VNREA, the delegation, representing the VNREA leadership and Vice President Dr. Lawyer Doan Van Binh, led by Mr. Nguyen Quang Van - member of the VNREA Executive Committee and chairman of the Hai Phong Real Estate Association are participating in the NAR NXT 2024 program in Boston, USA.
The delegation includes Mr. Le Hoang Hoan as the VNREA delegation head assistant, member of the VNREA Executive Committee, Vice President of the Hanoi Real Estate Club, and CEO of Dat Viet Group Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, member of the VNREA Executive Committee and chairman of the Nghe An Real Estate Association; Ms. Truong Thi Nhai, member of the VNREA Executive Committee and director of G68 Phu Quoc Real Estate JSC; Mr. Luu Vinh Thanh, member of the VNREA Executive Committee and chairman and CEO of HOMAX Group; and Mr. Tran Ngoc Ba, vice chairman of the Nghe An Real Estate Association and director of Long Thinh Investment Co., Ltd.
The NAR NEXT 2024 is the annual event with the participation of hundreds of national & territory-level real estate associations.
With full support extended by Mr. Yoshi Takita - NAR's ambassador to Vietnam, Vietnam's delegation has been actively engaging in the full program of NAR NXT 2024, including the general session, expo, networking with over 70 real estate associations worldwide, and property tours in Boston.
During the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Van, on behalf of the delegation, donated the book "Vietnam Real Estate For Foreigners" to the NAR Library. The book authored by Dr. Lawyer Doan Van Binh and published by the National Political Publishing House in November 2024 provides updates on the latest legal regulations of the three key laws: the 2024 Law on Land, the 2023 Law on Housing, the 2023 Law on Real Estate Business Law and related Decrees, Circulars. The book especially compacts and simplifies the procedures for purchasing, leasing, and investing in real estate in Vietnam, making it accessible to foreign investors.
In addition, thanks to its bilingual English-Vietnamese format, the book serves not only as a valuable resource for foreign investors, but also for Vietnamese organizations and individuals seeking to learn in depth and/or effectively collaborate with international partners in the real estate sector.
Alongside this book, Dr. Lawyer Doan Van Binh has previously donated other key publications to the NAR Library, including "Real Estate in Vietnam's Economy: Roles and Policy Recommendations" and "A Guidebook for Foreigners to Buying, Leasing and Investing in Real Estate in Vietnam". These contributions aim to provide over 1.5 million NAR members, many of which are overseas Vietnamese, with practical information about investing in Vietnam's real estate market.
