The project has a total registered investment capital of VND 3.066 trillion and is expected to be finished by Q4/2023.
People's Committee of the Central province Thua Thien-Hue has recnetly granted the investment policy decision to Van Phu Resort - Loc Binh Co., Ltd. for developing the project of Loc Binh resort, located in two coastal communes of Vinh Hien and Loc Binh, Phu Loc District, with a total registered investment capital of VND 3.066 trillion.
The project’s developer aims to build a world-class coastal resort. Once completed, the project will provide about 853 hotel and resort rooms, 653 villas of all kinds, 1,200 mini rooms and hotels to serve a maximum of 10,000 visitors per night.
As expected, the project will be finished by the fourth quarter of 2023. It’s term of operation will be 50 years.
