6 project land lots in Quy Nhon to go under hammer

Binh Dinh People's Committee has recently assigned its Department of Natural Resources and Environment to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to develop regulations on auction of land use rights for 6 lots in Quy Nhon city.

Accordingly, the 6 plots expected for auction include:

- High-rise complex project of apartments and service-commercial zone in De Dong resettlement area, Nhon Binh ward. Total area: 2,526 sqm;

- Complex project of high-class commercial center, service, office, hotel and commercial apartment at No. 1 Nguyen Tat Thanh street. Total area: 8,027 sqm;

- Project of high-class trade center, service and 5-star hotel complex at No. 1 Ngo May. Total area: 5,246 sqm;

- Project of commercial center, service, office, hotel complex (3-star hotels and above) and commercial apartments at No. 25 (former number 72B) Tay Son street, area 7,094 sqm;

- Project of commercial center, service, office and high-class apartment complex at lot C1, Eastern residential area of Dien Bien Phu street. Total area: 5,246 sqm;

- Project of high-class hotel complex (from 4 to 5 stars) at Lot K200, An Duong Vuong road. Total area: 10,819 sqm.

According to the Binh Dinh People's Committee, purpose of the auction is to select investors with proper capacity and experience to implement projects in accordance with the approved planning of the above land lots in Quy Nhon city.
