Goldmark City urban area on Ho Tung Mau Street consists of nearly a dozen of 40-storey apartment buildings, providing about 5,000 apartments to the market.
The project’s population can be up to 20,000 people, excluding people working in offices, schools and commercial centers inside the project.
The Goldmark City project has only one access road to Ho Tung Mau Street, which is an important route at the capital’s Western gate, connecting to National Highway 32.
The project covers a total area of 12.7 ha. Thus, the density is 1,600 people on each hectare of land.
On Pham Van Dong street (Bac Tu Liem district), there is also a "forest" of apartment buildings in An Binh City project.
The project is developed by Geleximco, with eight 35-storey apartment buildings, providing nearly 3,000 apartments.
An Binh City project is not so far from 7 apartment buildings with about 2,000 units of Green Star project.
Also on Pham Van Dong street, Nam Cuong Group has finished its Co Nhue urban area project on an area of 17.6 ha. The project includes 6 apartment buildings, with from 13-18 floors, providing about 1,000 apartments.
Despite continuous expansion, the Western area’s infrastructure, typically roads like Ho Tung Mau, Pham Van Dong often sees overload, with traffic congestion, flood, environment pollution.
