The MoU echoes Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s call for CapitaLand to deepen its value creation through real estate, to develop smart and environmentally-friendly projects, and to contribute to Vietnam’s development.
CapitaLand’s chairman, Ng Kee Choe met Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to reaffirm CapitaLand's long-term commitment in Vietnam on June 14, 2019.
CapitaLand Vietnam and Surbana Jurong have previously collaborated on Seasons Avenue in Hanoi, a landmark award-winning 1,300-unit residential project from CapitaLand Vietnam comprising four blocks of some 40 stories each, with over 60 facilities for residents.
Surbana Jurong was the lead design consultant and the contract administrator for the project. Seasons Avenue has previously won a “Highly Commended Award” at the Asia Pacific Property Awards and “Best High-end Condominium, Hanoi” at the Vietnam Property Awards.
