Situated at the intersection of Nguyen Tat Thanh and Nguyen Luong Bang streets in Lien Chieu District, DITP Tower is developed by the Trung Nam Land JSC. The building aims to meet the rising demand for working space at the high-tech and dedicated Information Technology parks in the Central coastal city.
The building offers office spaces for rent as well as serves the research and production of software products at the hi-tech park and other industrial parks nearby in accordance with the urban development strategies by 2030, with a vision towards 2050 of Da Nang city.
Auxiliary services building for high-tech and dedicated IT parks, was officially inaugurated in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang on June 22.
The 18-storey building covers a total area of 18,857 sqm, of which, 10,850sqm will be offered for lease. Each office space has an area of 550 sqm.
With total investment capital of nearly VND300 billion, DITP Tower features banks, shopping centres, supermarkets, entertainment areas, and Grade A offices.
At the inauguration ceremony, representatives from the Trung Nam Land and the VV Mall also entered into a cooperative agreement on the management and operation of commercial centers at the DITP Tower.
