Accordingly, focus will be on expanding the width of the footpath to 20.5m from 4m as previously planned. In particular, a total of 8,431 sqm of land to the North of the Nam Khang Resort & Residence project will be taken back for the expansion. Thus, the total planning area for the walkway will raise to 10,397 sqm from 2,028 sqm as previously approved.
Once completed, the new footpath will border the Future Property Invest tourism area to the North, the Nam Khang Resort & Residence to the South, the Truong Sa coastal street to West, and sea to the East.
According to its detailed plan, this project will also feature ornamental trees along the footpath, power supply and automatic watering systems, stairs leading to sandy area, easy-to-use outdoor fitness equipment, in addition to public utilities such as parking areas, stone benches, and traffic signs.
