This is one of the activities aimed at implementing the plan to hold the explanation session of the Law Committee of the National Assembly, with the content "Regarding the implementation of the law on the management and use of maintenance funds for condominium buildings, shortcomings and solutions”, expected to take place in April 2019. Besides, MoC also wants to implement Directive No. 29 / CT-TTg dated October 9, 2018 by Prime Minister on strengthening the state management effect on management, operation and use of condominiums.
Accordingly, the inspection is scheduled to take place in the two major cities: in Hanoi - from 19 to 22 March; in Ho Chi Minh City - from March 26 to March 29.
The inspection team will be led by Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Minister of Construction and representatives of the Law Committee of the National Assembly. In addition, the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management and related units of the MoC will also participate in the inspection.
According to the proposed plan, the team’s main task is to inspect the management, operation and use of condominium buildings, especially the management and use of maintenance costs of the common ownership part in some disputed condominium buildings in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. At the same time, the team will also work with leaders of these two cities to evaluate the management and implementation of the state's legal policies in the management, operation and use of condominiums.
