The visit is one of the activities the company plans to carry out before starting to sell the project.
It explained that Happy Valley Premier was introduced to the market over two years ago, but, unlike other housing projects, would be sold only after construction is finished.
It is the last project the company will develop in the entertainment district that is in Phu My Hung City Centre.
The over 4,200sq.m Happy Valley Premier has four fronts opposite parks, schools and rivers. It is also close to Crescent Mall, an amusement hub.
Construction is complete, and the 55 duplexes in the project could be handed over immediately, the company said.
Each duplex apartment is around 169sq.m in size.
The project has two towers with four duplexes on each floor so that all of them have good views.
The amenities at Happy Valley Premier include a gym, a pool, an aqua gym, and a juice bar.
This is the only project in the Phu My Hung City Centre where each duplex has two parking spots.
To help customers design interiors, Phu My Hung has partnered with SF Home, Ixina, Mitsubishi Cleansui, and BKAV-Smarthome and offers promotions.
Phu My Hung has tied up with two banks, Vietcombank and UOB, who will offer customers mortgages at preferential interest rates.
