On 15 July, at the Government headquarters, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung chaired the national conference on the implementation of the Planning Law. At this conference, some ministries comments that: Planning adjustment is an indispensable thing, because in the forecasting process we cannot fully forecast in the planning so the adjustment is needed to prevent social negativity.
Without good Planning Law, it can cause negative impacts, reducing investment attraction, slowing implementation of investment projects, and greatly affecting to the local socio-economic development in particular and the country in general.
Accidental Planning is currently a barrier, losing many investment opportunities of ministries, branches and provinces, slowing down the country's economic development in a few years. Therefore, the Ministry of Planning and Investment realized the fact, proactively propose the Government and the National Assembly to soon adjust the way to make the Planning Law step by step came in reality.
The amendment and supplement of the Planning Law is necessary and the organizations in charge of drafting this law must be responsible before the law and the country for the above-mentioned losses.
