According to a recent report of Thanh Hoa Department of Construction, in 2018, the province saw the completion of 2 social housing projects including Dong Ve Ward Residential Area, with 150 apartments and Social Housing project by Delta Company Limited in Hoang Dong Commune, Hoang Hoa District, with 1,400 apartments. In addition, local authorities are finalizing bidding procedures for three other projects in Quang Thang ward, Phu Son ward and Hoang Long industrial and urban cluster.
Thanh Hoa real estate market saw positive changes in 2018.
The province has made significant achievements in housing development. Especially, social and commercial apartments for low-income earners are the most priorized. In addition, the Department of Construction also submitted Plan No. 36 / KH-UBND dated March 14, 2018 on the Social Development Plan in Thanh Hoa in the 2018-2020 period and Decision No. 1362 / QD-UBND dated April 27, 2018 on approving the Scheme on developing real estate market in Thanh Hoa by 2020 with a vision towards 2030 to the provincial People’s Committee for consideration and approval. A total of 954 apartments in the social housing program were completed last year. Besides, the implementation of the housing support program for the poor and people with meritorious services to the Revolution has been implemented well.
The Department continued to direct local administrative agencies to strictly implement Housing Development Assistance Programs in accordance with Decision No. 22/2013 / QD-TTg, No. 48/2014 / QD-TTg and No. 33 / 2015 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
