Lars Wittig, country manager of Regus Vietnam and SPACES, noted that the new coworking space facility is expected to act as both a business center and a coworking space to serve not only startups but also major firms.
The facility is divided into 25 small coworking spaces, offering business license registration and other administrative services, and shared meeting rooms, Wittig remarked.
The space rental fee in the membership package is VND1.59 million per person per month, while the fees of unlimited packages range from VND3 million to VND4 million per person per month. Customers holding a membership card are allowed to work at over 3,300 coworking space centers run by Regus in 120 countries.
Membership in Vietnam has increased to 4,000. The number of startups using Regus coworking spaces is reportedly higher than that of major enterprises.
Regus plans to inaugurate its sixth coworking space facility in Hanoi City.
The representative of Regus stated that the number of customers using coworking spaces in Vietnam will continue to rise. Regus coworking spaces are available to customers in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang City.
