However, HCMC residents do not need to fly to Italy to see the above-mentioned classic architectural structures as Phuc Khang Corporation will build a majestic Rome in the heart of Thu Thiem in District 2. The group selected the quintessence of ancient architecture, green technology and modern safety standards to form a green heritage in the city, named Rome by Diamond Lotus. The masterpiece is expected to become a new symbol of the entire eastern part of HCMC.
Heritage
Making use of Roman architectural quintessence, Rome by Diamond Lotus features elegant domes, majestic columns and Trevi Fountain at a 14-meter-tall Trevi Square, a 1,100-square-meter saltwater infinity pool, and a 3,000-square-meter Roman Garden. Located in the eastern gateway of HCMC, where many important traffic routes connect the city with provinces in the southern key economic zone, the Rome by Diamond Lotus project, together with other magnificent buildings, will make Thu Thiem a modern and splendid area.
Rome by Diamond Lotus is designed to meet three international green standards — LEED (the U.S.), LOTUS (Vietnam), Green Mark (Singapore), and UL safety accreditation.
During the project execution, Phuc Khang Corporation is joining hands with large local and international partners specializing in design, construction and landscaping, such as Coteccons as general contractor; DP Architect, Mai-Archi and TTID as design consultants; Landmarks as landscape designer; U.S.-based Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as firefighting consultant; CBRE as building manager and operator; and DKRA Vietnam as apartment sales agent.
The prices of apartments in the Rome by Diamond Lotus project start from VND4.5 billion each, or some VND70 million per square meter. The payment duration lasts 30 months, with a down payment of 10%, and buyers can move in after a 50% payment.
In addition, Orient Commercial Bank will offer home loans equivalent to 70% of the apartment value for homebuyers with a term of 20 years.
