On July 8, the Office of HCMC People's Committee reported that in relation to the HCMC-Moc Bai expressway project in Tay Ninh, the two local People's Committees agreed to expand the compensation and clearance scope at intersections of the expressway and Belt Roads No.3, No.4 and other suitable points for developing static traffic systems, logistic service stations, trade and service centers to generate more revenue and increase the expressway’s effectiveness.
In particular, Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the HCMC People's Committee assigned the city’s Department of Planning and Architecture to chair and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and other relevant departments and agencies to study the planning, advise and propose appropriate positions, scale and types of investment. The team will work with a goal of bidding for exploiting the land fund.
In addition, the HCMC Department of Transport in collaboration with the Tay Ninh’s Department of Transport will reviewe, agree and drafte necessary documents to submit leaders of the two localities on specific responsibilities of each party.
Specifically, it’s essential to clearly analyze the investment divergence, progress, investment capital and select competent state agencies to carry out the project. The work also includes analyzing advantages and disadvantages, and proposing a preferred plan before July 10.
