Ho Chi Minh City will develop to the North-West direction due to climate change
PolicyHCMC has recently prioritized the development of the city to the East and South. Facing problems such as climate change and sea level rise, the city needs to change the plan. Therefore, urban development in the Northwest has become a new focus. It was one of the issues that was raised at the seminar "Urban Planning in Ho Chi Minh City: Practices and Investment Opportunities," on October 2018.
