In 2018, ministries, branches and localities focused on reviewing the announced construction norms. As for the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry has reviewed 14,73 /14,738 norms, revised 3,289 levels and added 1,120 levels; in the urban technical infrastructure norms, 349/349 norms were reviewed and 168 levels were revised.
In 2019, the Ministry of Construction will focus on completing policy mechanisms. After the two new decrees replace Decree 32/2015/ND-CP and Decree No. 37/2015/ND-CP, it is expected that in the second quarter, at the beginning of the third quarter of 2019, the Ministry of Construction will issue 15 circulars instructions.
Ministry of Construction and 7 ministries of specialized construction management, 63 localities will focus on building a system of norms, construction prices and new urban services on the basis of guiding circulars. At the same time, it will continue to improve the database system of norms, construction prices and urban services in order to serve the State management work later, contributing to creating a transparent, competitive and anti-construction market.
Deputy Minister Bui Pham Khanh expected that in the years 2019-2021, it should to complete the set of norms and construction prices according to the new method. The Ministry of Construction hopes that the participation and coordination of effective implementation of specialized ministries and 63 provinces and cities in the country.
