Specifically, at a recent meeting, Party Secretary Le Truong Luu and Chairman of the People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho together agreed to approve the arrangement and relocation of offices of some administrative agencies and units located on Hue City’s main routes such as Le Loi, Nguyen Hue, Hung Vuong, Le Quy Don, Ton Duc Thang. Purpose of the relocation is to prepare “clean” land lots to call for investment in key projects in the 2019-2020 period.
Besides, the plan of arranging and handling state-owned housing and land facilities in the province under Decree No. 167/2017 / ND-CP was also approved at the meeting. On Le Loi street, agencies and offices that need relocating include: Department of Education and Training at No. 22A; The Provincial Journalist Association is at No. 22B; Department of Science and Technology at No. 24; The Provincial Union of Literary and Arts Association at No. 26; Department of Health at No. 28... In addition, Thua Thien-Hue will relocate some agencies and offices located on other roads such as Hung Vuong, Le Quy Don, Nguyen Hue, Ton Duc Thang.
Through the process of discussion, plans of arranging and handling State-owned houses and land in the province as well as a plan of creating land lot to call for investment in important projects in the 2019 - 2020 period have been appoved by members of the local People's Committee, representatives of departments and district-level authorities.
