Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee recently allowed Hai Duong Hue TDH Investment JSC to invest in Hai Duong marine eco-tourism area in Hai Duong commune, Huong Tra town.
Accordingly, Hai Duong marine eco-tourism area will cover a total area of about 134 hectares, including 3 subareas: mid-class tourist area (about 56.5 hectares), high-class tourist area (about 47.5 hectares) and eco-tourism area (about 30 hectares). Total investment capital for the project is more than VND2.107 trillion, with an operation period of 50 years from the date of issueing decision of investment policy.
As planned, the first phase of the project will be kicked off in Sep 2019, and by Jan 2022, it will be completed and put into operation. Phase 2 will begin right after the completion of phase 1, and by June 2023, it will be put into operation. The project is aimed to build a high-class resort, eco-tourism, sport complex with modern, diverse and comfortable types, combining tradition with unspoiled natural landscape.
