The Northern province Lao Cai is calling for investment in 12 large property projects.
Specifically, the committee approved the list of 12 projects including commercial works, services, public works, entertainment, social housing and infrastructure to call for investment. The total capital of these projects is estimated at about VND 14.162 trillion.
Among the list, some outstanding projects include: Complex of trade center, entertainment and housing in Kim Thanh area, Duyen Hai ward, with a total investment of VND 3,7 trillion; Complex of Lao Cai new urban area, cultural and entertainment park, sport and gymnasium, with VND 3.5 trillion; Project of entertainment, trade and service area and high-class housing area worth VND 2.5 trillion in Soi Tien; Complex of cultural and sport parks combined with tourist and commercial services in Xuan Tang, worth VND 1 trillion; a VND 1-trillion hotel and entertainment in Coc Leu.
These projects are expected to be carried out from 2019 to 2025.
