The FLC Group officially commenced construction of the FLC Legacy Kon Tum urban area on August 15, the first high-end urban area project in Kon Tum city in the central highlands’ Kon Tum province.
The area is located on major routes Truong Chinh and Tran Nhan Tong, easily accessible to National Highway 24 that links Kon Tum with other Central Highlands provinces and the south central coastal region. FLC Legacy Kon Tum will be the most modern trade, service, and apartment complex in Kon Tum as well as the central highlands.
Covering 19ha, it will accommodate shop houses, boutiques, hi-end hotels and apartment buildings, schools, parks, an entertainment area and a shopping centre.
FLC Legacy Kon Tum will be a fully-equipped living space and a vibrant shopping and entertainment area with a range of high-end facilities seen for the first time in the city, such as a bustling entertainment and commercial center, eco parks, squares, multi-level schools, sports areas, and amusement parks.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Kon Tum People’s Committee, said the project will contribute to changing the urban area and improve quality of life, creating a strong push for the development of the local real estate market and promoting commercial business and tourism activities to match the general development trend and orientation of the province.
“We expect the FLC Group to continue surveying, researching, and deploying investments in areas of potential, such as urban development, trade in services and tourism, pharmaceutical materials, and high-tech agricultural applications in Kon Tum city, Kon Plong district, and other locations,” he added. “The province will create the most favorable conditions possible for FLC to implement its projects.”
The FLC Group also signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Vietinbank Kon Tum, which promises to bring high-end and complete commercial housing projects of optimal economic efficiency.
Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung, General Director of the FLC Group, believes FLC Legacy Kon Tum will become a model urban area. “The project will also help Kon Tum become a great place to live and an attractive destination for tourists visiting the central highlands,” she said.
Earlier, FLC started construction of FLC Quang Ngai resort complex in Binh Son district, the central province of Quang Ngai on a total area of 1,026ha at an estimated cost of around 11 trillion VND (478.2 million USD) and FLC La Vista Sadec in the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap.
