Accordingly, Ninh Duong new urban area project (phase 1) will cover an area of 40.6 hectares. In particular, area of the current Hoa Binh Avenue is 18,558.9m sqm, while the planned area is 387,603.8 sqm. As expected, the total investment of the project is about VND 3.153 trillion.
Once completion, the urban area will consist of 681 five-floor townhouses and 134 villas. The developer will also invest in technical infrastructure and connect with the region's general technical infrastructure. Specially, 20% of the project land area will be used for social housing, with an estimated area of about 26,230 sqm.
The detailed planning of this project has been approved. As planned, the project will be implemented from 2019 to 2021.
