Fusion Suites Danang has added hand and facial reflexology treatments to its spa menu, with its team of therapists trained to recognize acupuncture points on the palm and face where pressure applied can decrease levels of fatigue throughout the body while bringing about a sense of inner rejuvenation.
“Following reflexology trends, we have used our skills and expertise to diversify our treatments and specialize in therapies that relieve stress while revitalizing energy during guests’ vacations,” said Ms. Bui Thi My Thanh, Assistant Spa Manager at Fusion Suites Danang’s Maia Spa.
Facial reflexology massages create a widespread effect on skin cells, helping to refresh and energize skin tissue and deeply stimulate the body’s nervous system. The accompanying massage movements help to improve facial areas and promote a naturally-radiant glow similar to those of expensive beauty products. “With more choices and better quality reflexology therapies, guests are affected in a positive way and experience many benefits,” said Ms. Thanh.
Fusion Suites Danang also introduced Super Hero Yoga for Kids in June, which adds to their current aerial, yin, and Hatha yoga classes that are popular among beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. The new class for children aged two to 12 years of age is ideal for those who have just started practicing yoga and has been created to provide effective entertainment and relaxing practice for children in a safe and secure environment.
“The program has chosen simple, easy-to-implement movements based on postures that super heroes perform, such as the Warrior pose 1 and 2, the Triangle pose, and the Cobra pose, as well as more challenging poses that focus on balance and squatting, such as the Tree and Boat poses,” Ms. Thanh added. “Children recognize the postures from their favorite super heroes and perform the moves enthusiastically.”
Music plays an indispensable role in the new yoga classes and serves to further motivate and encourage the children, adding excitement and fun to the sessions. Instructors have been carefully chosen from Fusion Suites Danang’s team of experienced yoga practitioners for their flexibility and love of children and provide enthusiastic instruction that keeps interest and motivation levels high. A maximum of six kids can attend each class, and parents are welcome to join in too.
